TheWeSource.Space is grounded in the combination of two models. On the personal level is transformative learning - the process of inquiring into the meaning of our personal experience which influence the results that we produce, our how interact with the world, and keep us “stuck”.
This in combination with social learning - a way of learning which proposes that new habits and behaviors can be acquired with acceleration when interacting with others. From this awareness arises the ability to clearly and effectively produce results, have a deeper relationship with yourself and others, and have more ease.
All of our programs are entail virtual and in-person components. In an age where we are and more engaged in virtual and tools and environments, we believe that in-person aspects are increasingly important.
